[Mail_emis] Data Collector update and 19H Financial Reporting

Good Afternoon,

If you logged into the Data Collector this week, you may have noticed a change.  There is now a message center that appears before the manifests and a tab for Messages.  ODE will be using this to communicate information of general interest to all users, just your district or you.

There are 2 days remaining on the current manifest for 19H reporting.  ODE reports sent back to you should be viewed to confirm that you are meeting the expectations.  Login to the Data Collector, scroll to the fy19-H-Financial manifest and click on Level 2 Reports and then click Show Reports.

Check the GNIS-445, 446, 447 and 448.

Look for the Current Percentage Reported column.  This should be 100%.  If you use USAS and collect using the SIF Zone, you likely have reported all measures 100% .  Please write helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> if you are not meeting a measure.  Provide an explanation of why you are not meeting the measure and we will request an override.
