[Mail_emis] Update 2/11/2019

Good morning
We had a very quick EMIS call this morning.  There are just a few things to update for you.

CTE
            The CTE  Concentrator Appeal  window is open until 2/22/2019

The CTE Transfer Summary Reports in the Data Collector are not correct.  All other reports are fine.  The Transfer reports are only picking up students that have been reported in L2, it should be picking up all students reported in L1 and L2.  If you have not reported L2 it would be a good idea to go ahead and do a submission.




KRA
            The KRA Appeals window is open until 2/13/2019

3rd Grade ELA and reading manifest.

            Later today ODE will be adding the missing lists to the manifest.


Gifted.
            There was a question about Gifted and the date of March 29th.  There are Gifted Coordinators coming back from meetings that are indicating that all Gifted data must be in by March 29th.  That is NOT the case.  You will have until the end of the final reporting period for student to get data reported.  When pulling data for the Local Report Card, ODE will look at the March 29th date for students that are served and identified.  They will not pull that data for the LRC until everything closes.


Calendar Days

            There was a question about a CTC that is needing to use their Teacher professional days and their Parent teacher conference days to meet the minimum days of attendance and they were wondering how many hours they could use.

David indicated that as a GENERAL rule- there could be extenuation circumstances- that you cannot use more hours than your typical school day.  If you have specific question let me know and we will put up a ticket.
