Unfortunately our board meeting was rescheduled to tonight at 6pm.  Since I will not have our final information until after the meeting, how would I go about uploading and submitting our 5 year forecast?

Good Monday morning!!



The Five Year Forecast manifest was published to the Data Collector on 4/2 and will expire on 5/31.   There is no change to the forecast submission process:

1.       Send your forecast spreadsheet to helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org>.  We will convert them to the proper format and import them into the Data Collector.

2.       Start the collection selecting under Data Sources 5YR4 and click the Start Data Collection for all items checked below.

3.       On the Collection Request tab, Click the PREPARE option.

4.       Preview the report and level 1 validations.  Fatal errors will require a new spreadsheet.  Return to step 1.

5.       Once the forecast is complete, go to the certify and submit option.  Add the pdf assumptions at this time and then certify and submit (instructions with screen shots are attached).
