2024 OEDSA Conference

Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 - Friday, September 13th, 2024

Registration Wednesday evening will begin at 6:30 p.m.
The conference will run from 7:00 pm Wednesday evening through Friday 12:00p.m.


*             Conference registration opens Thursday, August 1st, 2024.

*             Cost of the 2024 conference is $300.00 per attendee through Tuesday, August 28th 2024

*             Late registration cost is $350.00 per attendee from August 29th, 2024 through September 4th, 2024.

*             There will be no registrations accepted after September 4th, 2024.  NO WALK IN REGISTRATIONS will be accepted!!

*             Conference registration cancellations will be accepted through Thursday, September 5th, 2024 and any refunds granted are subject to a $125 service fee.

*             All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to board at oedsa.org<mailto:board at oedsa.org> by Thursday, September 5th, 2024

*             Cancellations received after Thursday, September 5th, 2024 will not be accepted for any reason, and no refunds will be issued.

*             If you are unable to attend the conference, another individual may attend in your place at no extra charge provided the individual brings a copy of your email registration confirmation, along with your written approval for substitution.
