Student data (2015S3TRD and 2015SBODE), Grade 3 Reading Assessments (fall, spring and 2016 summer) and Alternate Assessment results closed on January 8, 2016.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">In cases where districts know there are additional corrections that need to be made to the data reported in the collections noted above, superintendents (or Superintendent Designees)
may alert the department to the reporting concern and request an opportunity to make corrections through the department’s formal data appeals process. Examples of data covered by this final 2015 Report Card appeals window include 2015 Diagnostic Results,
2015 Assessment data, 2015 Majority of Attendance data and 2015 Reading Improvement and Monitoring Plan data. Please note: the data addressed in prior appeals windows held this fall, including 2014 Diagnostic data, 2014 Graduation and Prepared for Success
data, and 2016 Retention data are no longer subject to appeals. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
