<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Districts have until midnight tonight to submit the 2015 data appeals for data reported during the student and assessment collections that recently closed. The department
is currently experiencing technical difficulties with its website and working to correct them as soon as possible. Districts intending to submit a data appeal can access the Data Appeals forms directly via their SAFE accounts, available
<a href="https://safe.ode.state.oh.us/portal">here</a>. Please see attached for the step-by-step instructions for completing an appeal. Districts facing technical issues while submitting their appeals should notify the Office of Data Quality at
