<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> There is an issue that we are seeing in the FTE reports. It is a display issue with the report and not affecting funding but it makes it difficult to reconcile.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> If a student has had an EMIS ID change, they could be coming into the report multiple times. Once with the current EMIS ID and once with the old EMIS ID. Again it is a report
issue and <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> the district is not getting funding for both entries on the report.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
