toward EMIS Coordinators with less than 3 years of experience. There will be a EMIS Newsflash announcing the dates.

</span></span></span><![endif]>It will be a soft launch so that you can take a look and make updates to EMIS data if necessary. By the end of the 2<sup>nd</sup>- Mid Year Collection data needs to be submitted. All tuition students from July. 1<sup>st</sup>
through December 31<sup>st</sup> must be updated by the close of the Mid-Year collection. There will be a 30 day review for this data, but it works differently. The 30 day review will not begin till May 1<sup>st</sup>.

that you need. It will also have the ability to escalate issues that districts have to the area coordinator (ODE is working on this functionality for SOES, but it will be a little while for that)<o:p></o:p></p>

</span></span></span><![endif]>By the end of the week the FTE reports will be updated to include the special ed FTE. For students that have special education the FTE and Special education FTE should be identical if the IEP is complete and in place. If the
student does not have special education that column will be 0. If the student with special education has missing IEP information the special education FTE will be adjusted.<o:p></o:p></p>

</span></span></span><![endif]>WKC should be rolled out by the end of this week. Go ahead and run the MOA for DASL districts. I have not found any documentation that MOA is not working. The WKC now has different levels of severity for each student.
