Good evening

Graduate Appeals and Data Verification Window opened today. The will both close on November 3rd.

There were some districts whose data came in after the most recent processing of data. That data may not be reflected in the reports that were copied out today. We should receive new reports tomorrow(Tuesday)

There is no override through the Office of Accountability to update withdraw reasons. You will need to include that data in an appeal if you need to make updates. If there are any doubts on whether to submit an appeal go ahead and submit
and ODE will make the determination.

FY17 Funding

Some of the Appeals are going to require ODE to recalculate the FTE. That will not happen till next week. New reports will be released sometime next week. ODE is working to get this reflected in the payments during December.

On the CTE side ODE did reprocess the data. There were some students excluded from the Final Payment. ODE is checking a new set of reports to send out by the end of this week or early next week that will reflect updated data. The will
be found in the FY17 L2 Level 2 reports. Once updated please take a look and if you filed an appeal make sure that your appeals are reflected in the reports.

FY18 Funding

2018 Payments. Traditional districts live data was used for the October #2 payment that will be out later this week. There is a fair number of districts that had a drop in disadvantagement. You can still work on getting that reported.

ODE will be pulling data for the November #1 payment either this Friday or Monday the 30th. My suggestion is to make sure that you submit updated to ODE by Wednesday at 5:00 for processing. That way if ODE pulls Friday, you
will be in good shape.

For Career Tech funding – ODE is automating the process for reports. ODE is hoping that early next month they will be able to pull data for CTE funding. For that do be done, Districts need to submit the L manifest for Staff and Course
Data.

will be out.

ODE now has the vendor files and they are building the enrollment files to be able to include the missing lists in the collection requests.
