over 2 years and they are not tested in year 1 report a SNR G and they will be removed from accountability.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

report the score under AP08 code.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Garamond",serif;color:#002060"> ODE will be creating an AP99 code for this in the future. This will be used for any AP assessment that does not have a specific AP code to
report under.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Garamond",serif;color:#002060"> There were JVSDs that were not aware that they needed to report PS students and courses that they are educating . ODE is removing the check for PS courses
for JVSDs for this year. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Garamond",serif;color:#002060"> David indicated that all PS students should be reported. IN-2 you do not need to report and ODE does not accept but ODE is expecting ALL PS students
in the 3-5 range. In general if an <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Garamond",serif;color:#002060"> Collections will be open till 11:59 p.m. If you submit by then, your data will be processed. Since the collections will be open till 11:59 ODE will
not be processing data till early Thursday morning. The SDC will be closed all day Thursday to upload data.

STEM districts, and educational service centers may conduct the required review of their student and assessment data reported in EMIS during the 2018 school year, including assessment data for grades three through eight and end-of-course data. These data will
not only affect many measures on the 2018 Ohio Report Cards, but will also impact the amount of state funding received by the district.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
