[Mail_supt] Superintendent Evaluation Tool

We in Yellow Springs are interested in an effective superintendent
evaluation tool different than the OSES (Ohio Superintendent Evaluation
System) model that has been widely used around the state.

Do you have another tool you are using that you like?  Would you mind
sharing that tool with me?
