[Mail_supt] Food Service Provider

We are looking at the possibility of self-operating our School Lunch Program. We are currently working with a Service provider and have gone back out to bid. I have about 2 months to do this research.

We have approximately 1,500 students and have 3 different campuses that cook their own meals.

Anyone have a successful self-operation with similar size school district? Would you be willing to let us visit to talk about your program?
