[Mail_supt] Paternal Leave

Good evening,

If you have a moment, I would greatly appreciate it if you could answer the
following two questions for me:

1. Do you give new father's paid days off for the birth of a child?  If so,
how many days?

2. Do you have specific contract language or board policy explicitly
granting paid leave for new fathers?

We are working through this currently with our teachers union and want to
get a sense of the landscape on this issue.
