[Mail_supt] Maintenance AND transportation Staffing Question

Good Afternoon,

We recently had several retirements of longtime employees and want to make
sure we right-size our staff in the transition. Can you please respond to
these three questions?

For comparison purposes, We operate 16 buses and routes daily and three
buildings on three campuses. We have approximately 1500 students.

1. How many bus mechanics do you employ?
2. How many maintenance and grounds employees do you employ?
3. How many employees do you have in your transportation office?
(Supervisor, assistant, secretary, etc...)
