[Mail_supt] HB410

I know I am the only District in the State that may have to put stuff together for HB410!  Our lovely attendance mandates!  If anyone would love to share ideas from your intervention plans I would greatly appreciate it.

PS - I will have a dozen others wanting me to share info with them.
