[Mail_supt] Curriculum/ Assistant Superintendent Evaluation

Good Afternoon Everyone

At FCS we recently hired a curriculum director.  In theory this is the
title but she also serves in somewhat of an assistant superintendent role.
I am looking for any evaluation tools out there that any of you have that
you would be willing to share.  I want to build one over the next week, and
any help would be greatly appreciated.
