[Mail_supt] CTE 1 Day EMIS workshop-Registration now open

Good afternoon,



Registration for the 2018 One Day CTE EMIS Workshop is now open. This will
be the 6th year for this workshop, organized by our "loosely formed
committee" of CTE EMIS coordinators, ITC and CTE/ODE staff, and
other CTE folks that feel the need for a one-day session devoted entirely
to CTE EMIS reporting.



The workshop will once again be at the Tolles Career Center in Plain City,
OH, and will be Friday, October 19, 2018. Tolles is not in session
that day so we will not be limited to the size crowd that we can
accommodate.



*NOTE*:  This year there will be a small registration fee of $15, which
will include a boxed lunch (see details below) for everyone attending. The
committee felt that doing this was a better option for the registration
process as a whole. ALSO...Due to school not being in session, there will
be no coffee or tea/hot water, only bottled water will be available during
the day.

The workshop will last from 9:00AM until 3:30 PM (latest), with
registration beginning at 8:00 AM.



We are still working on the agenda, and will post when completed to OAEP’s
website once we have finalized things with all presenters.  We currently
have Marianne Mottley from ODE doing a CTE report card session.  We also
have ODE staff Erica Weaston and Ashley Castle doing a presentation on EMIS
data appeals.

·         CTPD Lead District Responsibilities and best practices

·        CTE Report Card updates and Prepared for Success measures

·        March Reporting

·        WebXam Updates

·         Early Childhood/Preschool reporting





*PLEASE NOTE:*  These are possible topics and nothing has been set in stone
yet with the exception of the 2 ODE presentations mentioned.  We hope to
have topics and presenters finalized very soon, and as mentioned will post
the final agenda when that has been completed.

the “CTE 1 Day EMIS Conference” listed.  Click that link and follow
directions for registration.  Please make your lunch selection when you
register.



Lunch choices are as follows:



*All boxed lunches*; *sandwiches to include the following*:



Condiments, chips, potato salad and a cookie. Canned beverage.



Choice of HAM, ROAST BEEF OR VEGETARIAN.





*Salads to include the following*:



Served with dinner roll and a cookie. Canned beverage.



STRAWBERRY CRUNCH SALAD



WITH or WITHOUT Marinated Charbroiled Chicken Breast.
