Colleagues,

The Licking County Educational Service Center is proud to announce a new service in cooperation with Dr. George Albu, an experienced and proven federal mediator in retirement. The LCESC is partnering with Dr. Albu to offer Conflict Resolution Services that include early intervention and negotiation services. We all know the cost of conflict can add up over time and the cost is not all financial. Anyone who knows Dr. Albu understands that he has been down the road of conflict resolution many times and will bring to your situation a level of respect from both sides of the conflict. He will be able to offer an analysis and resolution that will be accepted as "the place you would likely end after a long battle." Some of you may have worked with George in the past through the federal mediation process. This service will allow you the opportunity to keep him on board as a steadying force in your organization.
