 A message from Lieutenant Reimer, OSP 
  
 As the current COVID-19 crisis still requires us to operate under restrictions, the Ohio State Highway Patrol has been given the ability to begin conducting school bus inspections on a voluntary basis.  We are actively contacting schools and those schools who have adequate personnel, and buses that are ready to be inspected can be scheduled.  
  
   
  
 Troopers are  inspecting school buses over the next couple of weeks in an effort to help schools become prepared for their transportation needs, while attempting to prevent a large backlog.      
  
   
  
 We will make every effort to schedule everyone, to fit their needs, as manpower allows.
