As mentioned in our message yesterday afternoon, there will be a Cisco Webinar Event titled "How To Educate Using WebEx During the Covid-19 Outbreak" on Friday March 13th at 2:00 p.m. EST. Good afternoon!
We have put together a list of resources and trainings for Virtual Classroom and INFOhio, information on WebEx and Zoom, and some resources at the Management Council that address remote learning and school planning.  In the event of extended school closures, these resources will be important to your teachers and students.  Later today I hope to share a link to a Cisco WebEx presentation on the use of WebEx classrooms by Dr. Lance Ford.

Additional Notes:
Consider the amount of support that your teachers will need if they are trying to use electronic resources and tools from home.  Many teachers will need help understanding "browser type," "browser version," how to disable pop-up blockers, how to load extensions, how to install browser upgrades, etc.  It will be necessary for local technology support contacts to have a phone and/or online presence.
