OAPT Annual Conference & Trade Show Update 
  
 Prepared for OECN Superintendents 
  
  
 OAPT Members: 
  
 Due to the current orders in place by Ohio Governor, Mike DeWine and Director of Health, Amy Acton regarding social distancing and large group gatherings, the OAPT Board regretfully announces the cancellation of our 2020 OAPT Annual Conference and Trade Show. 
  
 SAVE THE DATE 
  
 The 2021 OAPT Annual Conference and Trade Show will be held March 21-24 at the Embassy Suites, Dublin Ohio.  
  
 Members who are currently registered 
  
 We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to keep your paid registration in place for the 2021 OAPT Conference and Trade Show. If you wish to receive a refund for your conference registration from this year you may do so.  All refunds will be processed beginning July 1, 2020 and in check form.  Please indicate to keep your registration or request a refund by filling out this form: click here registration/refund form 
  
 Hotel Reservation Cancellation 
  
 Any attendee that reserved their room inside the group block will have their reservation automatically cancelled.  Any attendee that happened to have reserved their room outside the block (Expedia, Hilton Honors points, AAA, etc) will need to call 1-800-220-9219 and cancel their own reservation.  If you prepaid for your reservation, please leave a voicemail for the hotel accounting department at 614-602-0128 to discuss your refund. 
  
 Annual Business Meeting/Elections 
  
 Information will be announced soon regarding a virtual Zoom meeting.
