Serve as the board???s CEO and administrative head of the Joint Vocational School District. Develop and market quality program services deemed essential by participating school districts and business community. Provide board and staff leadership. Work with CFO to maintain fiscal responsibility and stability. Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity, while leading the overall vision for the district.

THE DISTRICT:
Four County Career Center is located in Archbold, Ohio, The district serves twenty-two school districts in Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams Counties. Thirty different career tech programs are available to high school students. Four County Career Center has a total of 155 certified and classified staff members. An established Adult Education program, designated as an Ohio Technical Center (OTC), Four County Career Center offers both full and part-time programs. The adult education student population is very diverse in their reasons for pursuing additional education. The Four County OTC is accredited by the Council on Education (COE).??
