Northwest Ohio ESC is facilitating a search on behalf of Four County Career Center for a CFO/Treasurer position.

The Four County Career Center Board of Education is seeking qualified applicants for the position of CFO/Treasurer as Mrs. Connie Nicely is completing her tenure effective January 1, 2024.  The Board desires a strong fiscal leader with a commitment to excellence for the students, vocational school district, and communities it serves.  The Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center is assisting in the search.

CERTIFICATION:                State of Ohio School Treasurer License
WORK WEEK/YEAR:         12 Month Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the board’s fiscal head of the Joint Vocational School District. Works with the Superintendent and Board to lead and maintain fiscal responsibility and stability. Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity while leading the overall fiscal operations for the district.

THE DISTRICT:
Four County Career Center provides quality Career Technical and Academic education to learners of all ages. Located in Archbold, Ohio, the district partners with twenty-two school districts in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams Counties to provide a one-of-a-kind educational experience.  High school students can enroll in over 30 rewarding career and technical programs in their junior and senior years. The enrollment at Four County has exceeded over 1,000 students and accounts for approximately 28% of the area’s juniors and seniors. Four County Career Center also offers a range of adult programming and business services to improve the employability and productivity of the surrounding community. Approximately 2,000 adult students every year make use of the school’s adult programming, including programs in Health, Public Safety, Industrial Training, Information Technology, and Human Resources. Four County Career Center has a total of 155 certified and classified staff members. The Four County OTC is accredited by the Council on Education (COE) and is proud to provide experienced-based education to prepare learners to excel in college, secondary education, and a range of careers. With an expansion on the horizon, the district is looking for an individual to assist with financial aspects of this project.
