The Celina City School District Board of Education is seeking qualified applicants for the position of  Superintendent. The board seeks:

• a visionary leader that puts students and their learning needs first

• an individual with proven leadership experience

• solid foundation in school finance, levies and negotiations


Celina City Schools was recognized as the OLAC/BASA District of the Year award winner for 2020. The  district has a tradition of academic excellence and continues to be an educational leader in central western Ohio. In May 2021, the district passed an 8.2 bond levy to construct a PK-4 addition onto the intermediate school, and to then build a new 7-12 building. The PK-6 building will open in fall 2024.


Candidates are asked to submit the following by March 1, 2024:

• An introductory letter expressing interest in this position

• An up-to-date resume and copy of a current ODE license

• Three current reference letters
