[Mail_supt] MVECA and MVCC Merger Update

Good Afternoon,

The Miami Valley Educational Computer Association (MVECA) and the Miami Valley Communications Council (MVCC) are pleased to announce the successful completion of their organizational merger. As both groups come together, we are excited to start the new year as the Miami Valley Technology and Communications Group (MVTCG).

All services currently provided by MVECA and MVCC will continue without interruption. During the transition, members will begin to see MVTCG referenced on official correspondence, invoices, and communications. This administrative change does not affect service levels, contacts, or contractual obligations.

Please see the attached W-9 for information to set up MVTCG as a vendor in your accounting system. Further payment information will be provided as it becomes available.

For questions regarding this transition, members are encouraged to contact their existing MVECA or MVCC representatives.
