[Mail_supt] Save the Date for MVECA’s Fall Assembly Meeting!

Hello MVECA Assembly Members and Friends,

MVECA’s Fall Assembly Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at the MVECA Offices, located at 888 Dayton Street, Suite 102, Yellow Springs, OH 45387. Sign-in and breakfast will begin at 9:00 AM, and the meeting will begin at 9:30 AM.

The Fall Assembly meeting agenda, as well as the minutes from the Spring 2025 Assembly meeting, will be provided soon.

We need to be sure that we have a quorum for the meeting, and want to guarantee that we have enough breakfast and seating for all, so please confirm your attendance here: Fall Assembly Registration<Fall%20Assembly%20Registration>

If you’re unable to attend the meeting, please consider submitting your vote via proxy! Every vote counts, and a proxy vote will help us to reach our quorum for this meeting. Please find the proxy form attached. The completed proxy form must be submitted prior to the meeting.
