[Mail_supt] Precautionary Action Taken - Tyler Tech/Versatrans/Traversa

Good afternoon,
MVECA has temporarily disabled third-party integrations with applications using Kiteworks for managed file transfer services.  This primarily affects integrations with Tyler Technology's Versatrans and Traversa applications that utilize ProgressBook data.  This action is in response to published alerts by Kiteworks: https://www.kiteworks.com/company/press-releases/kiteworks-precautionary-shutdown-advisory/
This action is temporary and taken out of an abundance of caution.  There is no known cyber incident or any type of data breach reported at this time. Integrations will be reenabled once we receive information indicating that Kiteworks has mitigated risks to their hosting environments.  We will follow up with additional information as we receive it.
