It would probably be safe to say that proportionally, we are spending as much or more time with our non-public as we are our own students (~1600). Like everyone else, we are currently working with our Non-public with scholarships, IEP renewal, ETRs, etc. The non-public wants the teacher to participate in the IEPs/ETRs but it has proven difficult. They also want the meetings to take place at their location which is difficult because we are responsible for providing a full team. What are some strategies or protocols you are using to address district of residence responsibilities yet at the same time to build bridges with the non-public? </font></div><div class="gmail_default"><font face="verdana, sans-serif"><br></font></div><div class="gmail_default"><font face="verdana, sans-serif">I appreciate your time.<br><br>Sincerely,<br>Karen</font></div><br><div class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><font style="background-color:rgb(238,238,238)" color="#20124d" face="tahoma, sans-serif"><br></font></div><div dir="ltr"><font color="#20124d" face="tahoma, sans-serif" style="font-size:12.8px;background-color:rgb(238,238,238)">Karen Boch</font><div style="font-size:12.8px"><font color="#20124d" face="tahoma, sans-serif" style="background-color:rgb(238,238,238)">Superintendent<br>Wellston City Schools</font></div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><font color="#20124d" face="tahoma, sans-serif" style="background-color:rgb(238,238,238)">1 East Broadway</font></div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><font color="#20124d" face="tahoma, sans-serif" style="background-color:rgb(238,238,238)">Wellston, OH 45692</font></div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><font color="#20124d" face="tahoma, sans-serif" style="background-color:rgb(238,238,238)">740-384-2152 </font></div></div><div dir="ltr"><font size="2" color="#000000"><font style="background-color:rgb(238,238,238)" face="tahoma, sans-serif"><br></font></font></div><div dir="ltr"><font color="#000000" size="2"><font style="background-color:rgb(238,238,238)" face="tahoma, sans-serif">"</font><span style="line-height:150%"><i><span style="line-height:150%;font-family:'Century Gothic',sans-serif;background-image:initial;background-repeat:initial">Every child deserves a champion – an adult who
