<p>We, as a lot of schools, are experiencing high amount of Middle School kids being mean and sneaky about it. We have a good number of community members (because they hearing from their kids) saying we don't address the situation, we turn our backs. I have
had more expulsion hearings in the last two years than the 10 previous. We address what we catch. I am seeking ideas of what you do to help prevent this in the first place. I know we will not eliminate it totally, but we need to do something different.
We have had speakers, team building events - the assemblies are not working. <br>
