<div>Bus drivers hired prior to July 1, 2014 receive medical, dental and vision with the board paying 88%. Drivers hired after July 1, 2014 have to work 30 hours a week on average to qualify for insurance, and most of them don’t. </div>

<div>We pay a full hourly wage for everything except athletic field trips. Those are $15.00 for the first four hours, and $10.00 for any hours after. </div>

<div>A driver’s typical day is 5 hours.</div>
