<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The Miami Valley Communications Council (MVCC), now under the Miami Valley Technology and Communications Group (MVTCG), will begin the annual Pavement Marking Bid process in the next few weeks. This is a free
service for our member and affiliate cities in which MVTCG collects city quantities for thermoplastic, epoxy and regular paint striping. The quantities are then combined and placed out for bid for the participating cities.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">After the bid opening, each city will receive all the bid packets to make their own selection of a bidder based on their needs, make contact with the company of their choice and schedule striping within their
own timeframe.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The MVCC merger with Miami Valley Educational Computer Association increases membership to
