This position requires coordination and leadership for the overall management and daily operation of the Northeast Ohio Management Information Network (NEOMIN) Database server environment, as well as assisting with the coordination of the NEOMIN Local Area Network (LAN). Responsibilities include the design, installation of new equipment, development of documentation for support, and maintenance of database and other systems as necessary.<br>

<strong>Qualifications:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related technical experience</li>
<li>Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and higher experience highly preferred</li>
<li>Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and higher experience preferred</li>
<li>Proficient in local area network technologies preferred</li>
<li>Microsoft IIS or other web hosting preferred</li>
<li>Web development experience is preferred</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell required</li>
<li>Experience working with vendor representatives and other organizations</li>
<li>Desktop operating systems and software management experience required</li>
<li>Computer and printer hardware experience preferred</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience providing technology training</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
</ul>
<strong>Compensation:</strong> Commensurate with education and experience<br>
