[Mail_treas] Blanket Purchase Orders

Colleagues:

Do you have a sample policy or resolution you could send concerning blanket purchase orders….” ORC 5705.41 (D)(3) requires the amount of “blankets” not to exceed the maximum amount established  by the resolution or ordinance.”

Do you have a dollar  limit for blanket certificates established?  What does your board authorize?  Do you pass it at your organizational meeting?
