Question--does your board still maintain a stabilization fund for future
unexpected drops in revenue/increases in expenses?

If so,  please answer the following:

1.  what is the amount or measure used to set the amount (number of days
cash)
2.  Does the resolution specify when it can be used?
3.  How can it be used/expended?

any other thoughts?
