[Mail_treas] Invoices E-mailed Today

All,

We are pleased to officially roll out our new billing system today!  All invoices will be sent via email.  When you receive the email, your invoice will be attached as a PDF.  You will also have the option to click the "view invoice" button contained within the email.  This will open a web browser to display your invoice and give you the option to communicate with me regarding your bill.  If you have a question or comment, those can be typed in the comment box on the right side of the screen.  I will receive them and then respond to you in the same manner.  This helps us track invoice communication most effectively, especially since many of you will receive multiple invoices.  E-ratable services will appear on separate invoices, so expect to receive one for MVECA-Net, one for managed wireless, etc.

While the system has been extensively tested, I know there could be minor hiccups on the horizon.  If you experience any difficulty, please contact me and I will make certain it is remedied quickly.
