Treasurer's - Sorry to clog your email, but below is what I'm going to do:

The loan will actually be for ten years paid out of our athletic budget.  The entire project length is maybe two months.  Since the money is being held in escrow by 5/3 and will be wired to the vendor/Motz upon my release of the invoices to the 5/3,  I'm going to use 003 or 004 to account for the escrow total of $378,200 and then do memo charges to our books/Motz as the money is wired to keep everything in balance.  This will also allow me to do a real PO that will be closed out when the project is completed (Motz requires a project total PO).  I guess I just want to create more work for myself and cause reconciliation issues by growing the number of statements involved......
