[Mail_treas] Self-Funded subrogation

Hi All,

If anyone has had Self - Funded Insurance subrogation experience I would appreciate your expert advice!

We have a request to reduce the subrogation amount due ($17,500) by 50% because the BWC also has a subrogation demand of $16,000 (they are also being ask to reduce by 50%).

The choice is to accept, counter or decline the offer.    I'm not planning on accepting but I am curious to see what other have done in similar circumstance.
