[Mail_treas] FW: MVECA Fall Assembly Meeting

Good Morning!
We are falling short of having a quorum for the MVECA Assembly Meeting this Thursday.  See below for the meeting details and please make sure your district is represented by proxy if you cannot attend.
We very much appreciate the fact that our membership knows that MVECA is moving in the right direction, developing viable business strategies, and working hard for you.  I imagine that if things were not going well, we would have a full house for our membership meetings!  However, we need your support and input to make sure we are continuing to serve our schools in the most effective ways possible.  There are significant changes occurring in Ohio's ITC landscape and now, more than ever, we need you to understand the value and local control that your districts have enjoyed with MVECA over the last 35 years.  We'll be discussing these changes along with other important information at the assembly meeting.

The MVECA Fall Assembly meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2015 as follows:
Board Members will meet at 8:30
Registration and Breakfast will be held from 9:00 - 9:30 in the Commons
Assembly Meeting will begin at 9:30 in the Commons

Attached is the agenda and the Assembly Minutes of April 9, 2015 for your review.

If you are unable to attend, please fill out the attached proxy form and returned the signed form to me so your vote will be sure to be counted.
