[Mail_treas] MVECA Spring Assembly Meeting

Good Morning
The MVECA Spring Assembly meeting is scheduled for next Thursday, April 21st in the Commons area. Registration and Continental Breakfast will be from 9:00-9:30 with the Assembly meeting to begin at 9:30 a.m. Attached is a tentative agenda along with the Fall minutes and the Board and Assembly meeting dates for FY17. Please note the change in date for the Fall meeting due to a conflict in scheduling.

Please let me know if you will be attending or not so we can plan on a quorum. If you are unable to attend, please fill out the attached proxy form and send it back to me as soon as possible.
