Good afternoon,
Our District is looking to rent out parts of an unused school building. It may to be another government entity or it may be to private or non-profit companies. If your District does this for any of your school buildings, can you please provide me a copy of your rental agreements with the parties involved? We are looking to get some direction on what to include and how to set these up.
