[Mail_treas] Canadian vendor

Hello!

We have a coach that would like to use a Canadian vendor for a sports camp.  We asked for a W-9, and the response is that he can’t fill out the form because he doesn’t live in the US.  Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
