[Mail_treas] new construction on athletic facilities by donation

I would like to see if any of you have participated in a large project
where a group has fund raised and obtained a large amount of money for an
athletic capital improvements project.  I wanted to see what ideas or how
you may have managed these projects so that we may emulate your expertise. 

We have a contractor who is willing to do work under the fair market
value.    I am trying to find any pitfalls that you may have experienced
in this process.  I believe it is imperative that it be managed by the
district.
