[Mail_treas] Ereport

Good afternoon,

I made a change to some email settings on MVECA0 this afternoon that may have an effect on the use of Ereport for districts that have their email hosted by MVECA.  I think I have things updated but if any of you use Ereport and you don't receive the report let me know.  It's a quick fix.
