[Mail_treas] Construction Manager at Risk RFP

Good morning,

My district passed a $38.5M bond issue in November to build two new
elementary schools. My board decided they want to hire a Construction
Manager at Risk (CMAR) along with possibly an Owner's Rep. Does anyone have
an RFP for a CMAR and an RFP for an Owner's Rep that they are willing to
share? Also, if you know of any CMAR's or Owner's Reps that my district
should consider or avoid, please let me know.
