QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree in finance/accounting or equivalent work experience
preferred

Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration

Experience with the Uniform Staff Payroll System (USPS) preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Google Apps for Education
and the operation of common office equipment

Self-motivated and self-directed

Detail-oriented with effective organizational and analytical skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to collaborate with others and handle confidential matters

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare accurate bi-weekly payroll for the District

Process all necessary monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and payments
related to state retirement systems, payroll taxes, employee benefits, and
other payroll deductions

Additional duties as assigned by the Treasurer


TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Exempt employee

260 day contract

Salary:  $26,000 - $46,000; commensurate with work experience
