[Mail_treas] Answers to Supplemental Payment

See attached.  Thank you for the overwhelming number of responses.  This is a great group of people!

I will never allow the AD make a decision on how I submit payment.  I DO want to change the contract language.  I really WANT to only have to pay once or twice a year.
