[Mail_treas] Reminder: MVECA Site Review - User Group Meetings

Good Afternoon,
This is just a quick reminder that tomorrow is your opportunity to provide a state-level team with feedback on MVECA's performance.  Please come and share your thoughts.  See below for details -


On Thursday February 25th at MVECA, the MCOECN's ITC Review Team, on behalf of the Ohio Department of Education, will ask our users for input about MVECA. We would greatly appreciate your participation in the in the discussion.  This is an opportunity for you to provide critical feedback about MVECA to ODE, and to help shape our direction as we continue to find new and better ways to serve schools.
The ITC reviews are conducted periodically, per Ohio law, to determine the quality of ITC services and the overall satisfaction of our users. The review team does not identify individual comments in the report, so all stakeholders should feel free to bring ALL feedback.

Various stakeholder groups will meet on the 25th, as shown here:

09:00am - 10:15am         Full Review Team meets with Student Applications Users Group
10:30am - 11:45am         Full Review Team meets with District Treasurers and Fiscal Applications Users Group
1:00pm - 02:15pm           Full Review Team meets with District Superintendents
2:30pm - 03:45pm           Full Review Team meets with Technology Coordinators and all other users
