[Mail_treas] payroll deducted - staff levy committee contributions

Good Morning!

The Big Walnut LSD bond levy committee would like to promote staff
donations to the levy fund. They want their message to include that these
deductions can be payroll deducted (preferably on-going monthly
deductions). If any districts are currently doing this, would you please
provide the "election form" you used as well as any messaging to the staff?
If any districts contemplated this and are not providing this service for
some reason, please feel free to give me your reasons or insight.
