[Mail_treas] Agreements with colleges

Hello, fellow Treasurers.  I hope you all had less snow than we did here in
Southeastern Ohio.  10 inches at my house, and other areas in our
district had well over a foot!  Beautiful but not fun to drive in...

I have a question - Do any of you have agreements with colleges for better
rates than the mandated CCP rates?
Does anyone have an agreement with Rio Grande CC/University of Rio Grande?
