[Mail_treas] Tallawanda vs Testa

I was sent a letter by our county auditor requesting that I fill out an
exemption form for our football bleachers, concession stand, and storage
shed.  I'm not exactly sure why I received this letter, but for some reason
all of our property was given a new parcel number.  Anyways, long story I
filled out the exemption form in triplicate and I'm waiting now to see what
happens next.
